Original post author: Ryan I recently learned that, over the past three decades, Sesame Street has had a reoccurring character named Ronald Grump who wants to tear down Oscar the Grouch's trash can to build Grump Tower, which is apartment let a giant trash complex. In one episode, Ronald Grump is portrayed by Joe Pesci. More info here
