Original post author: Ryan So I happened upon these gingerbread mega-structures in my office kitchen this week. I regret that I didn't even know a competition was going on. None the less, you gotta love that gingerbread Gillette Stadium. I'd like to think that my colleagues' structural engineering knowledge played a role here - but realistically, it probably came down to patience, creativity, and steady hands.
