Original post author: Ryan An Eataly opened in the Prudential tower in Boston recently. Jess and I went to check it out. It's a lot like the New York location, but seems a bit smaller overall. It was WAY TOO CROWDED, which ultimately ruined the entire experience. I have a feeling that Eataly is supposed to be all about meandering through the different food stations and snacking along the way. But, unfortunately, it was just a constant struggle with the hordes of people. The layout of the store did very little to help with the congestion. I think we will need to revisit this place in a year or so when the crowds die down a bit.
