To sign up, click the "Sign up" button in the top right corner and fill out the extremely short form. An email address is required for password recovery purposes.
After signing in, click on your account name in the top right corner and then modify away.
If you have a pre-made account (i.e., an account set-up by Ryan), then it isn't yet linked to an email address. If you want, you can add your email address by following the steps above.
Click the "log in" button in the top right corner. You can log in using your username or your email address.
Click here, and then type in your username or email address. You should receive an email a few minutes after pressing the "Password Reset" button. If you can't remember your username and you haven't registered your email address with the site, then you'll need to just talk to Ryan.
Click on the "Contribute" button in the top menu. If you're logged in, you'll see a web form for a new blog post. Fill out the title/content fields with what you want to say. You can upload a picture using the "Choose File" button.
The older version of the blog had "tags" that could be assigned to a post. Those tags are not currently functioning from the "Contribute" page. If you absolutely must assign a tag to your post, you can do it by editing your post (see below).
You can assign your post to a blog category if it's suitable.
Click here to log into a panel where you can edit/delete your existing blog posts. This panel works best on an actual desktop computer. While it still works on a phone, it's not very well optimized for a phone screen. If your account is new, then you wont be able to access this panel yet.
The blog panel let's you do some more advanced customizations to your posts. For example, you can add "tags" to your post (they are called keywords on the panel). You can also link your post to other "related" posts.
